  • Order of Operation on DF115

I just got a new prop for my '08 DF115 and was looking at the exploded view in the parts diagram. The diagram shows (25) Propeller Stopper Busing going on before (24) Propeller Stopper Spacer. When I removed the old prop and washers, etc. to grease the shaft it was not in that order. And, after looking at the components in real life I don't see how they could go on in the order the diagram indicates. Is the diagram wrong?

    just to ask a question-
the parts page is showing 4 different models for the '08 DF 115
were you able to positively ID which model you have?
to complicate it further, the other thing I see is two different styles of gear cases

Yes, I was able to narrow it down by S/N. The picture shows what model I have. But the exploded view just doesn't make any sense at all.

go to the parts page and call the parts department
the schematic for various years all have the same parts in the specific ordwr@9

I actually found on my computer a copy of the manual
the picture you attached from the parts page is WRONG
the spacer goes in before the stopper then the prop
