2006 DF30 Tiller won't idle

I just purchased a used 2006 DF30 tiller outboard for my fishing boat, it runs really well when the throttle is opened up but it dies at idle speed. My first thought is to adjust the idle speed up a little, any ideas of what the best approach for this would be?
