You have a potentially bad problem, unfortunately.

Do not start or run the engine again until you find and hopefully fix the problem.

Now, what other symptoms have you noticed when the engine was last running?

Have you pulled the spark plugs out to see what each of them looks like? Any signs of moisture on amy of them?

Have you done a compression check?

Has the engine overheated at any time?

The more information you can provide, the better, but to be honest, you need to get this motor attended to quickly, as any water in the oil, especialy if salt water, is already doing internal damage.

Are you up to doing some serious work on it yourself? Otherwise, get a good Suzuki qualified mechanic to inspect it and report to you ASAP.

No bueno! Generally there are 4 ways for moisture to get into the crankcase.

        1) The thermostat is sticking. What happens is the motor runs real cold and never burns off any condensation.

        2) The oil cooler is failing. But, your motor does not have one!

        3) The head gasket has failed.

        4) What happened to me...Ugh! The dreaded soft metal exhaust plug corroded, and started some major cancer. Unfortunately, it never corroded outwardly like most, so I never knew it was happening. Eventually the corrosion got so bad, water passage walls got so thin, water got into the crankcase, totally destroying the motor.

        Good luck!
