Fuel Gauge connections for multi gauge C-10

New engine 175 and Multi gauge installed the fuel tank level wasn’t showing a level on the Multi Gauge C-10 nor were my NAV lights working. After a little investigative troubleshooting I discovered that the installer had wired the NAV lights wire to the connection for the fuel on the Multi gauge.

My question is should both fuel tank wires go directly from the tank and plug into the red and black bullet connectors?

The Suzuki MFG multifunction gauge, and the Suzuki C-10, are 2 TOTALLY DIFFERENT gauges that operate completely differently. The fuel tank senders connect up differently depending on which gauge.

I suspect you may have the new Suzuki MFG. If that is the case, yes, both of the tank wires connect to the red and black bullet connectors.
