Changing lower unit oil on Suzuki DF250

Looking for some advice on changing the lower unit oil DF250. Most of the tutorials I've seen only have two plugs on the lower unit. The 250 appears to have three. There is the lower plug to drain out, then then "oil level" plug. Then above that a bit is a third plug. When I fill this, I know I fill from the bottom hole, until it starts to seep out the "oil level" hole. Do I then plug that hole, and then continue filling until it comes out the top hole? Or do I just get it to the middle hole, then put both plugs back in? Thanks in advance.

Upper plug is a vent, when oil is running out of the fill hole its full.
