Friends, A pair of 2014 DF250AP Fly by wire. getting 7-03, 7-05, check shift control, check throttle system, check control unit comm, almost every code except heat, battery, and check engine. What is up????

This is the same thing my twin 2016 DF300AP are doing using SMIS gauges.
In my case it seems that the 2016 model year engines have a problem with the last SMIS software, provocing this ghost errors on my setup.

As you most likely use also SMIS gauges, there probably is a similare problem and you should check your SMIS and Engine Interface software version.
