HELP is my motor leaking...

Took the cover off my 30 horsepower Suzuki the other day after flushing out the motor I noticed what looks like a leak coming out of the head water jacket. Do you guys think it's a leak if so how dangerous is it to run the motor? Any help would be awesome as this motor is merely 20 hours old if that. Thanks

Should be covered by warranty, take it back to dealer.
