Motor won't start

After cleaning throttle body with carb cleaner and starting engine it was skipping and missing, I didn't want to run on muffs so I shut it down. Next day took it to water and it wouldn't start. Brought back home begin diagnosis found no compression cyl 3 and 4. Talked with another mechanic and we think gunk from cleaning throttle body flushed down to the 2 bottom cylinders and I have stuck valves. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
