Hanging a DF 140

Good day,

Can someone help me. I need advice on hanging my DF150.Where should the cavitation plate align itself with the boat's hull/transom .

Should it be in line with the bottom ? or
Should it be just below ?

normally it must be 0-20mm below the bottom

Flush, But 10-20mm +/- will be ok To low and it will cavitate
