C-10 gauge not reading my new twin 140's

Aloha,

I just brought my boat home with a pair of brand new 2016 DF140a and a C-10 gauge.

The C-10 gauge is not reading either engine and doesn't show them on device list. The only thing it sees on devise list is the GPS.. I've tried switching inputs on the T connectors, etc.. but neither engine show up.

Everything was installed by authorized Suzuki dealer but it's a 2 hour drive each way so hoping to rectify with out having to go back.

Any thoughts?

Did you have the engine keys turned on? The C10's will only see the engines when their keys are turned on.

Otherwise, best to make a phone call to your dealer and have them walk you thru it, far easier than trying to figure it out via the forum.
