Help! Suzuki DF 2.5, going nuts!

I am going nuts on this one. 2015 Suzuki DF 2.5, petty new unit, trying to get the propeller off for maintenance. Got the cotter pin off, I thought I could just slip the propeller off easily, but no it seem to get stuck? There are a few fishing line but don't think they are that strong? I almost dented the thing trying to pry it opening with a flat head screw driver . Any idea why? The propeller turns freely, shaft is not bent or anything, it works fine, just won't get off.

Never mind, I got th eproblem solved. I didn't know that collar and the propeller are two pieces, I was supposed to unscrew(which is crazy tight!) the collar first.
