1987 DT115 rev. issue
I have a 1987 DT115. The first time I put it in the water it ran at full throttle and max. power for about 1 to 2 minutes then dropped to about 2000 rpms. Brought it back home and put on muffs and it will rev above this. The motor runs smooth, no back firing, rough idle etc. I have installed a new fuel pump, rebuilt the carbs, new fuel filter, new fuel hose, tank was taken out cleaned and new fuel added. Looking for any help I can get to diagnose.
