I have twin 300HP Suzuiki outboards (Yr 2007) on my 32 foot Proline Express. When I initially head out, the starboard motor at accelerated throttle is about 1,000 RPM less than the port motor. (about 3,800 RPM tops). Then after about 5 minutes it picks back up to the proper RPM. I would think it is fuel related, but it picks back up to the property RPM at the same time, every time... meaning for the first 5 minutes of operation the RPM is limited by approximately 1,000 RPM then like someone turns on a switch it goes up to the proper RPM.
At idle and slower speeds it runs fine.
Thanks for any input
