The gauge in dash for volt output before the problem whenever I would start it it would read between 13 and 14 and now when I start it since the problem it only reads between 10 and 12

You're not supposed to throw parts in it, you're supposed to test parts to see if bad.
The volts are controlled by the rectifier and regulator, and stator assy.
This is why it is important to have a Suzuki manual, and test the components by the book, before spending money to replace them.
We can only help you this way, you have to be our eyes, hands, and ears.
