I posted this question on THT and also hoped someone here might know the answer:
My boat has twin DF175s sharing a single 124 gallon fuel tank. I have 2 C10s each configured under vessel settings to show both outboards on a vessel with 1 fuel tank. If I want to calibrate the fuel usage for BOTH motors do I have to reconfigure my vessel with two separate port and starboard 62 gallon fuel tanks instead (ie. one reserved for each outboard)?
I ask this because It seems that I only get to choose 1 outboard to calibrate when I set my single 124 gallon tank to full on either of my C10s.
BTW, dedicating a C10 to each engine is not an option. I prefer to have each C10 viewing both outboards for redundancy and I keep one eye on fuel and the other on running characteristics (trims, rpms, temps, etc).
Thanks
Kurt
