New DF30 repower question

I am in the process of selecting a dealer to repower my 15' Klamath in the Seattle area. Some want to charge me for the control box and harness as extras but 1 dealer says those items come with the motor. Anybody know for sure if the control box and harness are included with the motor from the factory?

I bought a DF25AR in 2014, and the motor was delivered in the factory box with remote control and a 6-gallon fuel tank. The R models do not have a tiller handle. Control cables must be purchased separately.
