2008 115 - Check Engine Light

I recently did a valve job on my 2008 115. I am fairly certain I did not get the electrical installed back correctly. I have power to the fuse panel. The PTT motors work. I turn the key and the RPM dial moves to the hours on the motor. I turn the key and nothing happens and the check engine light will come on momentarily. Can anyone give me suggestions on where to start? The only question I had when reconnecting wiring harness was the two wires coming from the rectifier and the plugs on the front from the IAC and the neutral switch. Everything else was fairly straight forward. I have a repair manual but I cant seem to figure this out. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

If the neutral switch isn't wired correctly then the motor will not start. Please check out and report back when able.

I will check the continuity on the switch this evening when in neutral and when in gear. Thank you.
