DF300 Intermittent stall in reverse

Like the title says and it's an intermittent problem and usually affects both engines simultaneously, but sometimes just one engine when shifting into reverse (never forward). It does seem to happen when I need reverse the most, but not always. Alarm sounds, but I don't see a code. No apparent change to RPM's. Restart the engines and all is good.

Have new batteries (it was just time to replace), same issue with prior batteries (different brands), both sets meet Suzuki standards. Connections were all cleaned with the battery replacement.

2016 DF300's with ~875 hours. Has happened since new, but again is very intermittent.

Any ideas where to start?

If you're throttling back rapidly, that may affect the IAC valve operation? If you're shifting slowly, then possibly there is a problem with the IAC reacting poorly throttling down, or at idle?
The buzzer may be indicating too low an idle, you'r dealership should be able to correct this problem.

That is is randomly happening to both engines suggests an installation/setup/boat issue, rather than an engine issue. Perhaps something like a poor connection or slight misalignment of something in the throttle control box??

What else have you done/checked to try to address the issue?

My 2016 DF300 will cut off once in a while when moving the shift leaver fast out of neutral to forward OR reverse. Alarm will sound and engine cuts off. Otherwise the motor runs and idles smooth. Does not happen very often but can be dangerous if you are shifting fast to avoid hitting something while docking. It is hard to remember to shift slowly if the wind or tide is about to push you into another boat!
