Starts then stalls

Hey guys nothing serious just wondering if there was a simple fix to this. Starting the engine cold it starts and hold a fast idle like it should then slows the idle. When warm it starts with a fast idle then when it slows to the idle rpm it shuts off unless I use the throttle to catch it myself.
