Suzuki DF 300, 2009 model rigging problems

Hi. I just bought an 2009 DF 300. Al the cables and instruments was missing.
I bought parts on ebay from different firms. But I can not get it to work. The local dealer says its wrong parts, the engine is to old to use this.

I have these parts.
67000-98j09 Precision Control Rigging kit
36620-98J00 DF 300 harness 21'
990C0--88163--KIIT4” multi-function gauge kit

Anone who can help. What else or what more do I need.

If the precision control is the fly by wire then I believe they are correct. Someone else chime in but I don't think the 300 was fly by wire in 09, you will need cables for the shift/throttle and the binnacle that is associated!
