I replaced my water pump two years ago on my 2003 25 hp 4 stroke tiller...its been sitting up for a few months and now it won't pump water out the pee hole. I have blown it out with my compressor but didn't help. Any help would be greatly appreciated.....

It has been suggested to replace impellers every two years
The wings are half compressed inside the pump housing and lose their ability to flex and pump properly
Did you run a heavy fishing line backwards up the pee hole?
    Check the thermostat
And if your engine has a water pressure relief valve these sometime will stick open and not let proper cooling water to the head

      +1 to Art's advice.

I'll just add that I removed a working but older (2.5 yrs maybe) impeller awhile back and it was molded to roughly the diameter of its housing. It had lost most of its springiness. You may well have a blockage but replacement of the impeller is probably a good idea.
