df 60 99 model lower unit needed

I have oil leaking out of my water pickup on my lower unit and the mechanic says that corrosion is the cause. Motor has good compression and runs good trying to get a few more years out of it.

Im looking for a lower unit if anybody in the south east US has one in good shape. I live in the florida panhandle but I travel with my job and don't mind driving to pick one up. I think a 1998-2000 will fit mine.

does anybody know if a lower unit from a df70 will work or a df90 from the same year range?

took the motor for a second opinion and the suzuki dealer pressure tested it and found no problems.
