There is a impeller replacement video on Youtube for the DF140 Suzuki. I don't know but might be similar to yours.

I have still not tried changing mine on my df50 again. The video I saw on youtube for the 140 was great but there is something more another step that needs to be done to remove the lower unit on the df50. His video showed him simply unbolting the lower unit and pulling it off. When I tried that it pulled down about an inch and stoped. There is a nut or two that connect the clutch I believe that needs to be removed but it looks dificult to access. Still searching for a video of someone removing the lower unit from this motor so I can attempt with more confidence....Comment

Did you unscrew the clutch lock nut and buckle ? Together with lower unit bolts this must be all?Comment
