Hello all still having issues with this 2011 DF140. It's making oil. I had the cowl off to check fluids, ect and oil was WAY OVER FULL. I pulled 4.5 qts out of dipstick tube. I ran it for about 10 mins after I drained it and it was over full again. This is the second powerhead, Suzuki had to warranty out the first one. I did a compression test and I have a cylinder dropping pressure. I avg 180psi on 3 cylinders but only have 120psi on #2. I'm trying to get Suzuki to stand by their product but have had no luck so far. If they won't help me out I will be repowering with a different manufacturer and will NEVER return to Suzuki. My main question is.... has anyone come across this before? I checked the lift pump to make sure it wasn't leaking into crankcase, it's not. I don't know where else to look unless it's the #2 cylinders piston rings are being bypassed and raw fuel is going into crankcase. Any ideas???
