wire up motor to lift motor

hey , i have had some work done to the motor and just want to wire up to lift motor so i can get it to dealer ? when i trig to connect it it comes up with c instrument check power to smart gauge but no ignition or tilt can you please help me????

ok there are 2 main wires to the motor 2014 df175 4 stroke one goes to the battery switch where does the 2nd go , its black ,yet has a red band the wire has a small white line on it pictures included i hope??

well i tried to up load 2 pics taken from my i phone but says it can't upload a heir file ??? i transferred pic fro m i phone to mac . all picks to my knolage are heir from i phone any help please

so the first pick , not sure if this is positive or negative its one of 2 from the motor other goes to pic 2 a battery switch .mmmmm the response is defining thank guys
