model number query

I've been given an old Suzuki Spirit 5HP and am looking for any info I can on this motor. The only thing I seem to know after much searching is that it's a 1979 model. The plate on the mounting bracket is in 2 parts. The first number is 0501 and the 2nd one is F-14431. There's also an adhesive label near the plate with the number 50902. Can someone tell me what the actual model is and if it's even possible to find a users/maintenance manual? What would be the the gas/oil ratio?

go to Brownspoint Marine and search for this year model and they should have a manual
