Gear oil screw stuck! On DF140

Hello all,
I have a DF140 that has the lower gear oil screw that will not budge. I have used bolt remover spray but will not come out. Any ideas why it is stuck and how I can remove it? Thanks for any thoughts.

Get a impact driver and give it a good crack JUST TIGHT

Thanks for the impact driver idea it worked! Now I have another problem. No water comming out of the back engine port? I changed the impeller?

used compressed air up the pee indicator hole

Tried compressed air, nothing!

I put compressed air into the pee hole and it did not help. Am I missing some kind of washer or connection with the water tube? How could the tube be blocked? Should I remove the lower unit and inspect for something?

Are you talking about the water telltale as they are cast in too the leg if you are pull the little water pipe and get a bit of wire and see if it is blocked as they corrode up some times air will not knock it out.

also you might need to have leg in a bucket instead of on a garden hose ,might not be supplying enough water .

Water flowing now!

I hooked up the fresh water hose to the engine and then blew compressed air at the same time. The gunk came out, all is good now.
