Does anyone know where the IAC Valve Air Screw is located on a Suzuki 115A.
Is it the one below the throttle valve with the allen slot on it?

The IAC (Idle Air Control) controlled by the computer (ecm) is the air mixture control. I haven't heard of any other way to adjust air.

    God's luck.

[QUOTE=johnoat;21569]Does anyone know where the IAC Valve Air Screw is located on a Suzuki 115A.

I would imagine the procedure would be the same as 2009 models. Warm the engine up make sure the throttle is closed, while the engine is running turn the key to the start position five times and the ecu will apply 30% duty cycle to the iac. if the idle is more than 650rpm turn the screw in, if it is less turn the screw out. when you get the rpm adjustment right, move the shifter into gear this will open the closed throttle switch contacts and cancel the fixed mode, you should hear the buzzer while it is in the fixed mode. What is the engine doing to make you want to adjust the idle.

        valve

Installed new throttle air valve, I finally figured out how to reset engine alarm.
I might have it fixed, will know today.

        thanks for help.

WELL I THOUGHT I HAD IT FIXED BUT NOT SO!
THE (ECM) WON'T LET ME GO INTO THE FIX MODE WHERE I CAN RESET THE IDLE FOR THE (IAC) VALVE????
TRIED TURNING IGNITION ON FIVE TIMES WITH MOTOR RUNNING IN THE IDLE POSTION BUT IT WILL NOT SOUND ALARM TO TELL ME TO RESET?
