2015 DF150SS Trim Gauge Installation
Howdy! I want to install a Faria Chesapeake 2" Trim gauge to my 2015 DF 150 SS. Instructions say to: connect "I" pole to 12 VDC circuit activated by the ignition switch; connect the "G" pole to the boat's electrical ground; and connect the "S" pole to the trim signal terminal or wire.
My questions are: (1) Where is the trim sender/signal terminal? (2) What is the trim sender wire color? (3) What is the color of the ignition 12VDC wire? (4) Will this particular trim gauge work with my outboard or do I need to purchase a specific Suzuki gauge?
