  • no water flow or inconsistent water flow

I have inconsistent or no water flow on my new DF30 therefore unit's high temperature alarm sounds after 10 minutes. Note that it has Suzuki dealer baffled and they will start replacing parts in 4 weeks when an appointment opens.

Since they dismissed problem as just being a "fluke" (no known reason) the first time and the fact that they are 56 miles away, I really would like to have something done other than for them to blow into the weep hole hose.

Anyone hear of this or know what to look for?

You really havent given us much to go on!

Has this been happening since it was first used or is it something that has developed? How much use has the engine had so far?

Does it happen only when the engine is run on the muffs, or when the boat is in the water?

Most likely it is something simple, water tube or gasket not aligned properly, impeller damaged somehow, or even a faulty thermostat.

Best to let the dealer should sort it out for you since it is new, just an unlucky problem, 99.9% of the time they run perfectly.
