SMIS gauge boat setup

I am working to configure my boat and cannot get the menu's on the SMIS gauges to match what the manual says the prompts should be. I am configuring for 2 motors and 2 tanks. The manual says that when I do this I will be prompted to first enter the fuel capacity of the port tank then be prompted to enter the capacity of the starboard tank. In actuality, when I do this, I am prompted for vessel fuel capacity, not the capacities for each of the individual tanks. I am trying to set up so I can monitor fuel separately. Any suggestions?

Don't know if it is pertinent, bit I am running Ver 2.2 of the firmware.

V2.2 is quite an old version. It might be possible that it doesnt do what you are trying do.

SMIS software has changed quite a bit over the years, and it is important to match the software version with the engine year.

What engine hp and year do you have?
