  • DF200A Grease Fitting Location

I was greasing my 2016 DF200A motor yesterday per the manual. The fitting labeled "Mount Oil Seal Cover" which i think i found it under the engine, i couldn't find out where it went too. The rest of the grease fittings had grease come out when i was pumping it in. But that particular one had no grease coming out from anywhere, so i stopped pumping the gun. I looked everywhere and was unable to locate any excess grease. Where does that grease nipple go to and how do i know if i have greased it enough?

Part #10, don’t think you will see grease coming out. No idea how much grease to pump in. If the experts don’t add their thoughts I’d contact your dealership.

Standard rule of thumb, if you can not see where the grease exits, only put 2-3 shots of grease every 4-6 months (with a standard grease gun). You do not want to use any more than that.

        Good luck.
