Clutch Adjument 3cyl

Can a improper clutch adjustment cause the motor to run slow at full throttle ? Is a 1999 Suzuki oil injection 3 carbs, 3 cyl.

Probably not, if it weren't fully engaged you'd here a hell of a racket from the slippage.
