DF 300 stuck on 3 cylinders / Dock Mode help

The boat: Renegade The outboards: 3 DF300s 4 stroke 2007.
The issue: Port engine in idol sounds like a loud troller motor. Tried to run it and it wont exceed 1000 rpm and only operating on 3 cylinders. We’ve checked everything we could think of. 1. Put new Full throttle body motor 2. swapped out map sensor 3. Changed fuel filters 4. Flywheel

Also after changing everything out I am getting 3 codes: Check engine 7-2, Check throttle system, check engine 1-6

Any advice?
