Full Throttle problem

Have a 1999 Suzuki 3cyl. 25hp... Clean Carb's ,New Plugs, New Gas 7 Oil. Still won't run at full throttle. What could be the problem..

Could be a lot of things...restricted jet, float level, weak fuel supply starving the carbs, just to name a few. I'd suggest getting a Tech Manual for it and following the trouble shooting tables for all the possibilities.

You have any suggestion where I could start,, I have Clean carb's,change fuel pump,sparks,new gas and oil...
