My engine stopped peeing so I changed the impeller and gaskets and that did not fix it. There was no visible damage to the impeller or gaskets when I changed it. When I hook a hose directly to the engine water comes out of the pee hole, but when I run it in the lake or with ear muffs it will not discharge water out of the pee hole. I also noticed this hose in the photo that I don't remember seeing before. Is it possible this connects to the engine block? Any advice would be much appreciated.

have you tried a heavy piece of mono pushed up the pee tubing ???
youvwill have to remove the cowling to see if where that tube terminates
looks like from the picture it has been connected but I don’t know that much about the smaller engines
almost looks like the bleed tube off the high pressure pump
