Powertrim problems

I have a Twin Df 250 HP ,2009 on my console boot . From my left engine the dealer replace the tilt Motor from the powertrim and now the engine will only go down, it doesn't matter if you use the swift on the engine or the swift in the throttle control. They also replace the relais. Anyone a suggestion?

Have a look at your limit switch it is probably in the open position start there.

if it is not the limit switch that Red suggested then check the switch on the side of the engine it may have water intrusion that is shorting out side
easy way to check is to just unplug that switch from wiring harness and retry tilt from the helm controller
if it works it is the switch that went bad
