Help , Have a 2001 70 hp tiller and I am experiencing same trouble as two years ago . When shifter is put in forward the engine wont rev past 3000 rpm . If I throttle back and go back to reverse then forward the engine preforms correctly . Two years ago I replaced neutral safety switch which seemed to help . This time neutral safety switch test ok !! Should I replace safety switch again on spec or am I missing something . Tx
