Swapping Wiring harness - DF70 2002 harness on a 2006?

Gentlemen - a question - I am rebuilding a DF70 - I have two actually, a 2003 and a 2006. I going with a tiller handle (which I have).

The problem is that if I chose to rebuild the 2006 the tiller handle electrical plug is circular, while the matching plug in the motor is square - go figure where as in the 2003, it matches.
I have the harness for the 2003 - does anyone know if the 2003 harness will fit on the 2006?

if you go to the "purchase suzuki parts" in red at the top of the page
find the year/engine and look up the part
when you click on the description for the part at the bottom of that page it will tell you what engines/what years the part is compatible with
