DF 140/150 Water Pressure reading

I'm looking at buying a new boat with either a 140 or 150 hp motor and a jack plate. I will add SMIS, also. Can you get get water pressure readings without using an analog gauge from either of these motors? I use the boat during the winter and do not want to risk freezing. Looking through previous posts, I have not found the answer, but have found a lot of information. Good forum.

You can get water pressure, but you'll have to do some plumbing to get it. And you'll have to buy a pressure sensor to send the info via your NMEA 2000 setup. There is no water pressure info sent by the motor. Actually, I should say that past 140-150 models never provided that info. Some of the new models might.
