DT85 boggs down at throttle

Serial number 205367, ran at full speed for a few minutes and then suddenly bogged down like it was not getting gas. Ran fine last fall. Will idle and run up to 2000 RPM. Fuel filter is not filling up during run. Checked for leaks. new plugs. Fuel pump?? Carbs??

Any suggestions?

Does sound like fuel problem. Many things can cause fuel restrictions (kinks, airleaks, water separator filter, tank vent, check-valve at top fitting of tank, collapsing lines from use of ethanol fuel?). Find and identify the problem. Then post back here, may be other things to check because of what you find.
Try portable tank with new hose for test. If no change, then I would inspect each fuel pump, for damages to diaphragm or clear discs in base (check-valves). If diaphragms are bad replace with kit. If check-valves are broken (find all pieces - may be lodged going into float needle valve seat of carbs?), may not be able to find(?) replacement check-valves (not usually in kit, only in new pump).
