  • C10 gauge buttons stopped working

    Hi,
New to the forum. Recently (5 months ago) repowered with 2015 Suzuki 200s. I installed brand new C10 Gauges. On one of the gauges the buttons just stopped working. Wondering if anyone has a fix for this or if the gauge needs to be replaced. Gauge still works, just can't change the screen of course so that isn't super helpful for something with so much data! Thanks in advance

I have same issue after changing out a bad EP65 sensor. One of the 2 gauges stopped working properly and is stuck on one screen with the buttons not responding. Hopefully someone chimes in on this...

Not heard of this happening, but its possible the unit software has frozen.

      Try doing a factory reset:

Turn the network/engine key off so the gauges are off.

Then hold down the up and down keys while powering the gauges on. A beep then signifies that the gauge has been reset.

Thanks Moonlighter...I tried the factory reset but nothing, not even a beep. Will give a go again next time I am on the boat. At least the one gauge is frozen on the RPM screen so it was still usable this past weekend, while the other gauge functions fine.
