The rev limiter light on my DF-50 2007 went on some time ago and has remained on. When it first went on, there was no performance problem. Able to take it up to 5500 without a problem. Couldn't find and reset instructions, so I assumed that the sensor was bad and continued to operate the boat.
Recently had to pull the VST because of a fuel leak. Thought this would be a good time to try to solve the rev limiter indicator light problem but my SELOC manual doesn't show a sensor. Is there one and where is it? Or is this an ECM function?
