Has anyone had a problem with the engine rpm jumping from idle to 1400 rpm while advancing the throttle slowly? Suzuki sent their service tech to look at it and replaced the remote control lever. Still the same, move the lever forward or rearward and it jumps from 600 to 12-1400 rpm. Almost impossible to find 900 or 1000 rpm. When running at 2000 rpm and tiring to back down to 1200 it goes to idle. This engine is on a 2400 Hurricane
