Will df150 injectors fit in a df140? If not, why?
If they do, will they flow more fuel?

It does not appear you can go from the 140 to 150/175 models
The parts list on this site- look up a part and then click on that part number
You will see a list of all engines that part is compatible with
In this case with 140 fuel injector question you will find that this fuel injector fits just about every model from the 90 HP up to the 140 HP
