140a rev light on gauge at very low rpm

I guess I should add that the boat went up over 6000 rpms and that tripped it. Now it stays on all the time and I am running at like 3000rpms even at 10mph

Is there a way to reset this warning light and mode from happening? Puzzled that it stays on at low speeds and low rpms.

marina mentioned a spun prop but that seems unlikely cause it went in perfect before winter and only happening now...???
