Suzuki DT65

Hi Im New to this so bear with me
I have a Suzuki DT65 That runs ruff and when in water it bogs down .
I have checked the compression and the readings are as follows.
top 125 middle 90 and bottom 140.
Were do i go from here as id like to keep the engine would this be a head gasket.

That is possible. The common practice is max of 10% difference between any cylinders. So it is possible to have a bad head gasket. Just remember to inspect the cylinder walls for any abnormal signs of wear.
