I'm still trying to working on issue with my 1984 Suzuki DT115, that I bought this summer. I have two ectrical issues 1) my tach doesn't work and 2) The boat doesn't charge the battery. I came across two 20 amp fuses on the motor. The one I circled in red was burned out. Doesn't anyone know what these two fuses control? I know I've seen people say there is a yellow wire that goes to the Tach, but I don't see any yellow wires on this motor.

It looks like the one I circled in Blue goes to the red battery cable, but I really can't tell where the one I circled in red goes to. My parts manual is no help.
Any help is much appreciated.
