2010 DF15 trouble at higher RPMs

I have a DF 15 hp that will only idle with the choke on. If I increase the rpms it will begin to run rough and stall. When I cover the intake with my hand it runs fine. I have taken part the carb and cleaned it. It all appeared to be fine. The motor only has about 100 hours on it and I always run 100% gas. Anyone got any suggestions?

If you don't have a plugged filter and if your tank is venting properly, I would look at the fuel pump next. It's all that's remaining if you've already cleaned the carb. Some outboards you can get pump kits, others you need to buy the complete pump. Not sure what your motor allows. Good Luck!
