I was thinking of getting one of those tachometers to see how many RPMs im at during idle.

I made some adjustments and the engine starts but only at full
Throttle. Then it will start no problem at idle everyone after. I took it out for a test run yesterday and it seemed to run well. Only thing is that when I rev the engine and drop it back down to idle it sounds like it wants to stall and sometimes it does. Also makes a spitting sound when i back off throttle all the way to idle speed. Was wondering if anyone had an idea if I need to adjust idle or if something else could be off.
